Shipping & FAQ
When will my order ship?
Shipping goes out Mondays and Fridays. Some items are only printed on demand, which means they may take up to 2 weeks. Almost all 30"x40", 72"x24" prints and canvases, apparel and merchandise are at least a week out because they aren't held in stock.
How much does shipping cost?
$7-$15 depending on weight and location. When you checkout, you may select UPS or USPS as your carriers with standard or expedited shipping.
How do I return something?
Please make sure that the item is in original packaging and is not damaged in any way. You can email Carly@CarlyMejeur.com to ask where to ship your return. When the return is received, you will receive a refund for the original amount paid.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Please take pictures and email them to me at Carly@CarlyMejeur.com. I have insurance on all of my packages, and I will send you another ASAP.
Can I shop in person?
Yes! You can find me at art shows and retailers throughout Florida and the Bahamas. Please click here for my current event schedule and retail locations.
Do you take commissions?
I am currently booked for commissions at this time, but will update this section when I am able to accept more. If you want to be the first to know, sign up for my monthly email.
Where do you get your nautical charts?
I have pounds of charts collected over the years, but any new ones that I don't have, I can find at Bluewater Books and Charts.
What is the difference between the $30 and $40 11"x14" prints?
The $30 prints are limited edition of 500, printed on fine art paper (a little thinner and less expensive), while the $40 prints are limited edition of 50 or 100 at most. $40 prints are also printed on watercolor paper and are printed to have a white border around the edge so that you can easily place them in a standard size frame.
What is the difference between a limited edition print and an artist proof?
You can read all about the difference and more FAQ in this blog post.
How will my canvas arrive and what do I do with it?
Your canvas order will be shipped in a tube unstretched, unless you email me at carly@carlymejeur.com to let me know you would like to schedule a pick up or delivery. When you receive your unstretched canvas, you take it to a framer and ask them to stretch it for you.
